Privacy Policy – Paperboy

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes:

• how the personal information of users ("Users") of the Paperboy mobile application ("the Application") is collected, used, stored and shared;
• the rights Users have with regard to this data;
• the person responsible for processing the personal data collected and processed;
• the recipients of this personal data.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use (“T&C”) governing the Application provided by Behind the app (“the Publisher”).

By using the Application, Users accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as any other document relating to the processing of personal data made available to them. Data is processed in accordance with this contractual basis.

The term "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, such as a name, email address, identifier, location data, or one or more factors specific to the identity of the individual.

The regulations applicable to the processing of personal data include all legal and regulatory provisions in force at the time of the last update of this Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 2: DATA COLLECTION AND USE

When the Application is active, Paperboy may collect information relating to:

• anonymous identifiers from Store Platforms (App Store, Google Play) to manage subscriptions and paid access;
• preferences and interests selected by the User (e.g. business, technology, politics, culture);
• listening history and session duration (time spent on the Application);
• the User’s device information (operating system, model, language, country);
• crash reports, errors, and usage data, in order to improve performance and user experience.
